How to Install python-sphinxapi software package in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

python-sphinxapi software package provides Fast standalone full-text SQL search engine - Client library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install python-sphinxapi

python-sphinxapi is installed in your system.

Make ensure the python-sphinxapi package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python-sphinxapi *

You will get with python-sphinxapi package name, version, architecture and description in a table
